In the contents section below, you will find a link to the learning materials and assessments for your NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Safeguarding & Prevent course.

There are three units in this course, and these are grouped together in 2 module (Modules A & B). By clicking ‘Expand’, you will be able to view an e-book (an electronic textbook) which covers all the learning outcomes in this qualification.

Beneath the e-books, you will find a series of assessment questions. In order to pass each unit, you will need to complete the assessment questions in full and to the required standard. However, don’t worry, the e-books contain all the information you need. Just remember to put your answers in your own words (please don’t copy the answers word for word from the e-books).

You can save your answers as draft as you work through each unit. This means you can come back to your work where you left it last and amend your answers if needed. When you come to the end of the module, you will be able to submit your answers to us for marking and feedback. Please do so by the due date below.

When you submit work for marking, you won’t be able to make any changes for a while. Your tutor will mark your work and give you one of two decisions – pass or resubmit. If you need to amend and resubmit any answers, your tutor will give you some advice about this and reactivate your work so that you can complete the necessary amendments and then resubmit for marking.
